The stage from Olmeto to Porto Pollo is relatively short and not very hard, because you alternate between climbing and descending.
Coming from Burgo, you entered the town of Olmeto from the north, at the end of the first stage, and now you're leaving again towards the south. Just before the end of town, a small roads goes of to the right and upwards. You'll walk along the local cemetery.
After about 30 minutes, at the village of Raja, leave the hard road and walk through a forest towards the mountain top Teppa di Cavu. After a while, you'll arrive at the edge of a comb valley called Travunatu Contra. Follow this edge to the left, thus making a very wide turn and crossing several streams.
Then the routes turns towards the west, still through a forested area, underneath the Monte Barbatu and then to the Bocca di a Coppia. The path joins the regional road D157a for quiet some time, until the village of Curratoja. Now leave the road again and quickly descend about 150 meters.
