This third stage is one of the longest, but also one of the most beautiful stages of the Mare a Mare Sud.
The hike starts at the Church in Levie, to the North, and after about one hour you'll find yourself at the famous archeological sites of Castello de Capula and Castellu di Cucurazazu. If you have the time it is well worth it to visit these sites.
About 30 minutes after passing the sites, while walking through a Chestnut tree forest, you'll find to your right a path towards Zonza. It is possible to extend the Mare a Mare Sud by one day by taking this path, which ends in Quenza.
