When you wake up in the gite in Quasquara, you'll probably find your breakfast ready, but the owner of the gite is not around. That's also the reason he wants you to pay the evening before you leave. Follow the road up through the village, which makes several sharp bends before you reach another information panel. Here you go up into the forest.
What follows is a steady climb of about 90 minutes, giving you some great views of the area you crossed the day before.
The forest is mainly chestnut trees, and the path is again very well marked, with orange paint stripes.
